1. Service Description

The Client is purchasing a Canine Nutrition Consultation, which includes dietary recommendations tailored to their dog’s needs. This service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary medical advice.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog’s health, diet, and medical history.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues resulting from the implementation of dietary recommendations.
  • This consultation does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

6. Agreement Acknowledgment
